What is a Blu Voucher?
Blu Voucher is a convenient, secure, prepaid voucher that you can purchase and redeem online with any of our numerous redemption partners. This universal voucher allows you to make payments, deposits, or top up their accounts with your chosen redemption partner through the partner’s mobile app or website, without the need for a bank card.
How can I use my Blu Voucher to redeem an item that costs more than the balance on my voucher?
If the redemption partner (or service provider) allows multiple payment methods on their platform, you can use another form of payment for the balance of the cost of the item.
Are there any costs when I redeem my voucher?
There are no costs when redeeming the voucher. When you redeem the voucher, you will receive the full voucher value, which will be redeemed immediately.
What should I do if my Blu Voucher redemption is declined?
You must call the redemption partner with your query. If the redemption partner (or service provider) feels it is necessary, they will contact Blue Label to have your issue sorted out and the redemption partner will get back to you with a solution.
How long is my Blu Voucher valid for?
Your Blu Voucher is valid for 36-months from date of purchase.
How do I top up using my OTT or 1Voucher?
You will use the same process as you would for Blu Voucher.
Where can I find the expiry date, PIN number, or serial number of my Blu Voucher?
Depending on your method of purchase, you will find this on your voucher slip, digital voucher or SMS that you receive when purchasing your voucher.
Can I partially redeem my voucher?
No you cannot, the voucher will be redeemed for the full value of the voucher.
What happens if there is a remaining balance after my Blu Voucher expires?
After the expiry date, any balances will no longer be valid and the redemption will be declined, so you will not be able to redeem the voucher any longer .
How can I report a disputed transaction or an error on my voucher?
If you dispute a voucher redemption transaction, you can contact the redemption partner (or service provider) that provided the goods or services. You can also call our Call Centre on 0800 014 942 or WhatsApp us on 079 376 8590 with your query and provide the voucher serial number for us to help you.
What can I do if my Blu Voucher is lost, stolen or has been used without my authorization?
You can call our Call Centre on 0800 014 942 and we can cancel the voucher on your behalf to prevent any unauthoriSed use, as long as the voucher has not yet been redeemed.
