How does the Blu Voucher work?
The voucher is a prepaid voucher that can be used to pay for goods and services at any participating redemption partner.
How does it work when I use a portion of the voucher value?
Not all redemption partners will refund the difference in money as you will have the function to top-up a wallet. Your service provider will either sms, e-mail or display the new voucher pin code, for the remaining value on of the voucher, if the full value was not redeemed.
How do I redeem my Blu Voucher?
Your Blu Voucher is easily redeemed. All you need to do is login to the redemption partner’s website or mobile app that you would like to use your voucher for. You will then insert the 16-digit PIN found on the voucher. The top-up / payment is made to the full value of the voucher, and is instantly credited on redemption.
